Neha has Masters Degree in Psychology and have 26 years of technical and managerial experience in development sector. She has served various national organizations such Self Employed Women Association, Community Aid and Sponsorship Program (Project Support Unit for HIV/AIDS), and Consumer Research and Education Center. Her core expertise includes management of research studies, module development, methodology and imparting training, and project evaluations. Along with this she has extended her services to national and international organizations for documentation and development of communication tools. She has in-depth knowledge and understanding of issues related to HIV/AIDS, women empowerment, disaster management and community based approaches.
