Arvind has done MBA with specialisation in HRM and graduation in Forestry. Since 21 years he has worked as senior manager of large scale programs in development sectors with international and national NGOs and consultancy firms like Handicap International ( Gujarat State Manager), Raman Development Consultants (SMT consultant), Community AID & Sponsorship Program ( Project Support Unit – Project Manager), Oxfam ( Project Officer) and All India Disaster Mitigation Institute (Project Coordinator). He is a techno- manager with expertise in Strategy Development, Capacity Building, Organisation Development, Project Management Cycle, System Development and Partnership Management. He has worked in Disability, HIV/AIDS & Public Health, Disaster Management, Natural Resource Management with focus on civil society and community led perspective to developmental issues.
